Why is brown sugar healthier than white sugar?

White sugar is a carbohydrate that turns into fat and causes other problems. Brown sugar is brown sugar made by adding molasses to white sugar. Other than that, it is the same as white sugar. So if you want “healthy” sugar, keep it in a container of sugar, not in food or in your body.
